- Provide proof of US citizenship
- Be at least 18 years of age or older
- Achieved either a high school diploma or GED
- Possess a current and valid Virginia Driver's License
- Pass an extensive background investigation
- Possess the ability to perform essential job functions applicable to desired position (with or without reasonable accomodations)
- Have a stable work history
- Pass all physical agility, written, and medical exams applicable to desired position
- Have no felony convictions on criminal history
