Chief of Support Services

Captain Flippin is the facility's Chief of Support Services. She is responsible for the facility's Booking, Classification, Food Service, Maintenance, Housekeeping, and Canteen departments. All Lieutenants, Sergeants, Officers, and civilian personnel working in these areas serve under her command.
