Captain D. Langley

Chief of Programs

Captain Langley is the facility's Chief of Programs. He supervises the facility's Programs division which provides numerous services to the inmate population including the Therapeutic Community, Faith Based programs, Volunteer coordination, and Educational/Vocational services.
