Major Douglas Upshaw
Director of Housing & Security
Major Douglas Upshaw has been with the Riverside Regional Jail since 1997
and now supervises all inmate housing areas as well as all Watch Commanders
and associated personnel responsible for the overall security of the jail facility.
Major Upshaw is responsible for the supervision of 2 of the jail's 6
divisions (Housing Unit Management and Security).
