Mrs. Crystal Hicks Reid, M.B.A.
Director of Administrative Services
With 22 years of experience in finance, Mrs. Crystal H. Reid is no stranger to managing money and has a proven track record of ensuring that every penny is accounted for.
Mrs. Reid received her Bachelor of Science in Business Administration in 1987 from Old Dominion University and her Master of Business Administration in 1998 from Averett College. Mrs. Reid honed her craft with the Office of the Attorney General, the Department of Transportation, and the Richmond Behavioral Health Authority.
Under the financial guidance of Mrs. Reid, Riverside Regional Jail has earned Certificates of Excellence in Financial Reporting for the years 2001-2008 from the Government Finance Officers Association of the US and Canada and is also a member of the Virginia Government Finance Officers Association.
Mrs. Reid is responsible for all aspects of the Administrative Services division of the facility to include Training and Accreditation.
